NUSTAYOC is located in the middle valley of Urubamba, area known as the Sacred Valley of the Incas, on the main road that runs parallel to the river, 9 kilometers west of the old Inca town of Ollantaytambo.

The site is 9,000 ft. over sea level (2,600 ft. below the city of Cusco) and that will help you to acclimatize to the altitude.

Access to NUSTAYOC is either by road or by train directly from Cusco.

By road, taking the Cusco-Urubamba-Ollantaytambo-Chillca highway, the distance is 87 km and the trip lasts 2 hours. You can hire a private vehicle or take the local public bus. The distance from Ollantaytambo town, or its train station, to the Hotel is 9 km, 20 minutes approximately.

By train you can arrive either from Cusco or from MachuPicchu, taking the daily tourist services or local train services. The trip takes 2 ½ hours from Cusco and 1 ¼ hours from MachuPicchu.

We can offer you our transportation service, from Cusco or from Ollantaytambo. We have an agreement with local transport operators for that purpose. Please, ask you for it in advance.
